What forms of payment do we accept?
AnswerWe accept all major credit cards and PayPal. We do not accept checks, money orders or cash. Your payments are processed through a secure credit card processing company. Your credit card information is encrypted and we do not have access to your credit card numbers, etc. All transactions are securely processed.

How will my order be shipped?
AnswerWe ship via USPS. In most cases, regular orders will be shipped via First Class mail, which can take between 3-8 days, depending on where you are located. All of our orders ship from the SF Bay area in California. I
You may select priority mail shipping, which is usually 2-3 days and is an extra cost. At this time, we do not offer overnight shipping. The cost is very expensive and as we are a family business, we can not consistently guarantee we are able to fulfill an order immediately and get it out the same day.
All shipping times are estimates and dependent upon USPS service. Weather may disrupt their service and delay shipments.

Do you accept returns and/or exchanges?
AnswerAt this time, we only accept returns if the item is damaged. We DO NOT accept returns if you end up not liking the item or if it does not fit, etc. Please read measurements on each product page to ensure the item will fit you.

AnswerOccasionally we get requests for large orders of 30-50 pieces of the same item. We are more than happy to work with you on pricing. Please

Are your items handmade?
AnswerYes. Either ourselves or one of our associates assembles every jewelry item.

How do I find out if you'll be restocking an item I want?
AnswerPlease contact us. We are continually evaluating our inventory. Sometimes we may have more items made, but have not restocked it online or sometimes we have made a decision to discontinue an item due to cost or shortage of materials for that specific item.
